The Dartmoor with the stunning ‘cover girl’ looks! She was bought as a three-year old from Dumfriesshire-based Mrs. June Jones and her daughter Emma in the spring of 2007. Twiggy has only ever been to a handful of shows, but last year notched up a reserve champion youngstock, Cumbria NCPA and 1st at Perth Show. In her two shows this season she was 3rd NPS and champion M&M in-hand at the Fife show. Sadly a viral illness precluded any further show outings this season. On Easter Day she produced a cracking filly foal ('Stix') by the Anderson’s stallion Moortown Hawk Wing. Twiggy is destined for a career under saddle once maternity duties are over.
